Most coaches look for shortcuts to mastery, they take endless training courses hoping that if they learn more they will feel confident, they signup to work with BIG name coaches hoping some of the success will rub off on them, they complain about all the fluff and sleaze in the coaching industry hoping they'll rise above the fray.

But I know from personal experience that none of these things leads to the stability, integrity, and commitment, that mastery truly demand. If you want to master not just coaching but the game of running a powerful, impactful coaching practice you've got to give up seeking shortcuts and commit to learning the fundamentals of building a practice.

I've worked with scores of coaches to deepen their mastery and grow a practice but each year I select a handful of coaches to work 1-1 with, because I know that while group programs are amazing and super helpful when it comes to starting a business or getting support, having a powerful, experienced 1-1 coach is a totally different game.

I've trained and been coached by some of the world's best coaches and so much of what I use in my practice are the things I experienced from the inside out.
