Is this just a sales call?

No. It is a real strategy conversation. We will look at what is working in your coaching and what is not. If working together one on one is a good fit, we will talk about it. If it is not, I will say so and you will still walk away with something useful.

What does 1-1 coaching cost?

We will talk about the investment on the call, once we both know it is a fit. It is a real commitment, and the coaches who do it tend to find it pays for itself as their craft and their rates grow.

I am not sure I am experienced enough.

If you are actively coaching people, you are likely ready. The point of the call is to figure that out together. Bring your honest situation and we will look at it straight.

How does the coaching actually work?
